Q: What kind of land do you have available?
A: We specialize in land that is vacant and undeveloped. Some of our property may have service (i.e. sewer, water, power, etc.) and some of our property may be completely raw (i.e. no sewer, water, power, etc.). We offer both since different owners want different things. We’ll let you know what is available with each property.
Q: Why are the properties discounted so much on this site? Wouldn’t you just keep the best deals for yourself?
A: You’ll find land investment properties on this site are discounted around 20% to 50% because of our proprietary marketing systems that get in touch with landowners who need to sell their property. Often times they may want to sell because they need the money so our company can help them out by buying their raw land quickly for cash… which is a win-win. Then, we pass the discount along to you.
Q: How are the properties on this site different from ones I’d find on the MLS?
A: Great question! Most of the land investments you’ll find on our site are ones that you’ll never find on the MLS, and if we do choose to list on the MLS, we list for full retail value. The MLS is the “Multiple Listing Service” which is where real estate agents list properties for sale. We work directly with land buyers because many times we’re able to help them look for the land they are looking for and get better prices than listing it on the MLS.
Q: Are you an agent that lists land for sale?
A: Another great question. No, we are not agents. We buy land and sell land.
Q: Can I use bank financing to buy these properties?
A: Absolutely! This allows you to take advantage of our cash discount AND get up to 100% financing. If you have decent credit, our best recommendation is to get financing through a personal loan or credit card. Or ask a friend or family member for a loan, it’s all the same to us.

Q: How do I make an offer on a property?
A: Simple, head over to our Contact Us page and send us an email or give us a call. We take offers first come first serve… and telephone tends to be the quickest. Once you connect with us and you want to purchase the property, we’ll require an earnest deposit to secure your offer on that property. We’ll answer any of your questions so you feel 100% comfortable and confident in your decisions.
Q: How often do you add new land to your site and VIP Buyers List?
A: We’re always sourcing new investment land… and add new properties to this site on a continual basis. So, check back often as our properties tend to sell very very quickly.
Q: Do you charge any fees to buy from your company?
A: We don’t charge buyers any fees to purchase our land. However, the buyer is responsible for all fees associated with title companies, owner financing fees (if applicable), and realtor fees if you choose to use a realtor to represent you as the buyer.
We purchase properties at a win-win price. When you buy land from us, we buy the property at a steep discount, add on our property acquisition fee which is our profit for finding and negotiating the deal… and you pay a still deeply discounted price. A win-win for all.
